Interior Painting;
Before any work is started, our staff will take every precaution to properly cover and protect personal belongings. Interior painting not only involves wall and ceiling surfaces but also your trim, doors, windows, baseboards, wanes coating and other trim accents are given the utmost attention. We will prepare the walls and surfaces to meet the most ideal conditions for painting.
Upon completion of our work, we restore your room or business area for immediate occupancy. We leave the work area clean and orderly. Draperies are installed, windows washed and floors vacuumed. Our customer's satisfaction is our guarantee.
Exterior Painting and Protective Coatings
We perform a step-by-step process that consists of mildew removal, pressure washing, scraping, caulking, priming and finish coat. Preparation and finish coat are completed using only the finest quality products. Most of the surfaces in this region need to be sealed with a bonding agent so that adhesion to a chalky surface is guaranteed. Thorough, detailed preparation is the basis for an extraordinarily beautiful exterior finish and it is what sets our company apart from all the rest. Restoration and Waterproofing
When we come across rotted wood in your house project, if it doesn't need replacement, we can often repair it with a structural adhesive putty and wood replacement compound. Not only is this faster and can save you a considerable amount of money but the fixed wood is stronger than the original. This will not only strengthen the wood but also gives it complete protection from moisture for decades once it is primed and painted. If it needs replacing we can do it for you, but often we can repair and patch it with composites and water resistant fillers.
We use these products to restore rotted, severely damaged windows, columns, frames, structural and decorative wood components. This is especially valuable for parts that cannot be replaced because of size, shape or for other reasons such as the age of your home.
